My name is Gidi Halaf, a Biotechnology Engineer with an MSc in Biochemistry and approximately 20 years of extensive experience in process development and production scale-up.
My expertise spans a wide range of processes, both in Israel and abroad, including chemical reactions, precision fermentation (USP & DSP), crystallization and precipitation, centrifugal separation and filtration (dead end, TFF, etc.), herbal extractions, cleaning processes, and various drying and grinding (including wet milling) techniques.
